Universities from Around the World Compete for Most Innovative Higher Education Technology Installations RICHARDSON, Texas – June 3, 2013 – The University Business Leadership Institute and Innovation Award sponsor AMX® are proud to announce the Global Education Alliance's 13 finalists for the 2013 AMX Innovation Awards produced by the University Business Leadership Institute and being held during UBTech 2013. This exclusive awards program recognizes higher education institutions for their use of technology in improving the campus experience and learning environment effectiveness. The growing popularity of the Innovation Awards was apparent this year with a sharp increase in entries originating from outside the United States. Competing submissions were reviewed by a judging panel made up of the University Business Leadership Institute, as well as media and AV industry experts.
