Since it’s launch in 2005, the Audix MicroBoom system has become a top-selling modular solution that is extremely lightweight and low profile, very easy to place, immune to RF interference from wireless and cell phone devices, and requires no additional or separate phantom power adapter. Perfect for Houses of Worship and education applications where a portable miking solution is required, the MicroBoom system is compatible with The Micros ^™ miniature condenser microphone series with integrated preamp and detachable cable. There are three models of Micros (M1250B, M1255B, and M1280) each of which are available with cardioid, hypercardioid, omni, or supercardioid capsules.

Available in 50” and 84” boom arm lengths, the white MicroBooms attach to any standard microphone stand or 5/8” thread mount. Pricing for the new white MicroBooms begins at $649.00 USD MSRP and models will begin shipping April 2018.
