All components plug together, no wire cutting, stripping or soldering is required. It operates in almost complete silence, the fans turn slowly ensuring minimum amount of noise and ensuring long fan life. It is generally used in exhaust mode and mounted to the rear panel of cabinet at least 2-inch from wall.
