Remote digital thermal switch incorporates several useful features not found in the adjustable thermal switch. It senses temperature with probe that can be located 30ft or more from the heat source and indicates system temperature on liquid crystal display.Shipped from the factory programmed for typical desired temperatures it is easily reprogrammed after installation. System 1 fan is connected to the corded socket while the corded plug connects to any always-on AC outlet. The probe is placed where it can feel the heat generated by the equipment to be cooled. The wire leading to the sensor can be extended. The switch is shipped programmed to turn the fan on at 90 degrees and off at 84 degrees. If video projector is being cooled fasten the sensor at the projector's exhaust port using tie-wraps or another reliable way to hold the sensor in place. If exhaust tubing has been connected to the projector's exhaust port, make a small hole in the tubing near the exhaust port, insert the sensor and tape or cement the hole closed.
