The Video Recorder 600 Series delivers real-time recording and playback in CIF resolution simultaneously on all channels, with the option for 2CIF or 4CIF resolution when more detail is required. Available with a range of storage capacities, the recorders offer highly efficient H.264 compression to significantly reduce bandwidth and disk consumption. The recorders also support both 4:3 and 16:9 format video monitors for compatibility with wide screen, high resolution monitors.

 

Remote monitoring enables customers to manage the Video Recorder 600 Series from any location via LAN, WAN or the Internet. Customers can also view live video using smart phones for even greater flexibility.

 

On-site personnel have the option to use a Bosch Intuikey keyboard, mouse, IR remote or the unit's front panel push buttons to operate the Video Recorder 600 Series - allowing them to choose the control method that best suits their needs. The system also includes Bosch Control Center  software and a web-based application for centralized control of multiple units.

 

Video can be archived to a USB flash drive or an optional DVD writer and is digitally watermarked  for use as evidence in legal proceedings. An archive player with image authentication allows exported video to be viewed on any PC without installing additional software.

 

The Video Recorder 600 Series is easy to set up and use with email-on-event, overwrite protection and Smart Search, which automatically looks for changes within a selected portion of a scene. Customers can also compare past and present events by simultaneously viewing live and playback scenes.

 

The single unit system has an embedded design for reduced operational costs and begins recording after a few simple steps - no special training required.
