Chief and Da-Lite have joined forces on the new milestone.com website to better serve customers. The result of extensive customer engagement, we firmly believe this new site will help us become the easiest partner to work with.

The new site provides one place to specify, configure, price, order and track. When you log in, you will be notified immediately of any issues with an order, what the issue is and how it is being resolved. You can find product status, pricing, availability and more. We’ll be providing tours of the new site at our booth and at Da-Lite’s booth (2501).

Chief has designed a new suspended ceiling projector system that cuts install time by one third. The SYSAU comes with an adjustable ceiling plate to accommodate above or below tile placement and inconsistent T-grids. Tool-free Microzone™ adjustment with positive drive keeps projectors in place once set. There are a lot more features to check out and try yourself at InfoComm.

For your AV equipment, Chief has launched a new modular, knock-down rack. The S2 series comes in 15U or 20U and can be used for freestanding, wall mounted, swing arm mounted, stacked or added to furniture. It ships by UPS and assembles in less than 5 minutes.

If you haven’t already tried the upgraded Fusion wall mounts, stop by the booth for a good look at all the small changes that add up to amazing. The latest additions include set screws, nesting spacers, teardrop design, magnetized ClickConnect™ and additional lateral shift.

New to the Fusion line, we’ve added menu board wall mounts that leverage the ceiling menu board solution as a foundation. The wall mounts use a single horizontal extrusion with depth adjustment to align screens quickly. These will be available later in 2015, but InfoComm attendees will get a first look!

We’ve got the power! A new partnership with SurgeX and Milestone means a new line of power protected infrastructure solutions exclusive to the Chief brand. Simplified, one-SKU ordering brings power integration to the AV side of the install business. The initial offering combines SurgeX’s non-sacrificial surge protection technology power and filtering with six Chief products.

Chief is a proud sponsor of the 10th Anniversary Charity Concert featureing the Drunk Unkles for the NCSA Education Foundation. The fun begins Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.  at BB King’s Blues Club.
