Chief will display electric height adjustable mounts at InfoComm booth C3683.
The new cart, floor-support and wall mounts bring higher weight capacities to support larger interactive displays, and also give an option to users who may simply prefer an electric solution over non-motorized. The mounts move displays vertically up to 26” (660 mm) to provide better accessibility for people in a seated position or for young children in the classroom.
Keeping safety top of mind, the electric solutions features anti-collision technology, which immediately halts, then reverses motion upon encountering an obstruction to avoid pinching fingers or damaging the display. The series also boasts integrated cable management with strain relief to prevent cables from disconnecting while the display is being adjusted.
Sleek aesthetics blend in with a wide variety of décor, and several options are available for control – on mount, by remote or by app.
Other features include:
- High 310 lb (140.6 kg) weight capacity
- Storage space with magnetic covers in the floor support and cart solutions
- Accessories can be installed with the mount and the entire unit can be adjusted together
- Structured packaging supports the vertical chassis of the cart to make connecting the wheel base easier
- 5-year warranty
The cart and floor-support solution will be available in June. The wall solution will follow later in 2018.
